By accessing or using Canvas Closet ("the Service"), operated by Canvas Styling, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Canvas Closet is a digital wardrobe management platform that allows Canvas Styling clients to:

• View their curated wardrobe items
• Browse outfit combinations created by their stylist
• Manage shopping lists and wishlists
• Share items for feedback with their stylist

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Access to Canvas Closet is by invitation only. You will receive an invitation link from Canvas Styling to create your account using Google authentication.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or at the conclusion of your styling services.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Canvas Styling a non-exclusive license to use, display, and store this content for the purpose of providing styling services.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is unlawful, defamatory, or obscene

5. Stylist Content

Outfit recommendations, styling advice, and curated selections provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Canvas Styling. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CANVAS STYLING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canvas Styling from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
